A Contemporary Retrospective - Soy Sauce

It was only a couple of months ago that we could happily shop in a bustling Central Market, watching our step because a stream of murky water seem to run down the tight street forever. Now, we encounter a familiar HK sight: a construction site.
A Contemporary Retrospective is a series of photos where I hope to keep alive some of the old Hong Kong customs, looks and places that seem to disappear too quickly. I have taken advantage of this vintage scenery for too long, so it is time for me to eternalize it through the power of my camera and lens.
Above is the first photo of the series: a specialized sauce shop (I am guessing it is soy sauce), with a selection of pickled vegetables. Taken on the 9 April 2012, Central Market.
